We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, role), information from your use of our platform (freight documents, invoices, BOLs, rate confirmations, usage logs), and limited technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) needed to operate the service.

We use your information to provide and improve our AI agents (freight bill audit, AR automation, collections), to communicate with you about the service, to comply with legal obligations, and to maintain the security and reliability of our platform.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the service (cloud hosting, infrastructure, model providers under DPAs), with your authorized integrations (TMS, ERP, accounting), and where required by law.

We retain customer data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Lighthouz AI primarily operates from the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
